Of Course! We will deliver and set up each bounce house and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and take it down after the party is over. Set up It takes approximately 20 minutes for small bounce houses, 30 minutes for large bounce houses and 45 minutes for water slides. Take down time is closely the same amount of time or less.

Payment is due in full during delivery of the rental equipment. Payment methods we accept are Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex Credit Cards and Debit Cards. We also accept CashApp and Zelle. We do not accept checks. If paying with cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

How far in advance can I reserve my Bounce house or any other rental equipment?2022-03-07T17:25:27+00:00

The earlier you can make your reservation the better your chance at having the equipment or inflatable available for the date of your party or event. However, we will always work with you even if it’s a lastminute request.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?2022-03-07T17:26:39+00:00

Deposit is not refundable but it may be applied to a future rental. If you need to reschedule your reservation we will work with you to choose another date.

  • No food, gum, candy, or drinks. No shoes, eyeglasses, sharp objects.
  • No SILLY STRING!
  • No PETS!
  • No climbing on the walls or netting.
  • No flipping, somersaults, wrestling, or fighting.
  • No Water Hoses, Sprinklers or Wet Kids! (our bouncers are NOT wet units)
  • Allow only the same size kids to bounce at a time.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the unit clean and free from any type of debris. ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.
